What is the possible cause of vertigo upon waking? - vertigo more condition_treatment

My father complained of dizziness, when he wakes up in the morning. He is in his late 40s and has no other symptoms. He said he was a doctor to see if it was a condition of the inner ear and the doctor said no. Vertigo does not change when changing position and will be taken from time to time throughout the day and accompanied by trembling of the hands of this. Who knows what could be causing this? I'm trying to see him to another doctor. Any help would be great.

My dad has vertigo - he had treated more than 10 years. The morning is the worst thing for him. Sleeping with a glass of water beside his bed and makes sure to sit, very, very slowly in the morning and takes a sip of water beside your bed. He waits are at about 5 minutes before. So, take a travel sickness pill before bedtime. He takes one tablet a day when you feel ill - have said that very well.
Another thing to consider, - My father slept with a kind of breathing machine. I do not know his name. It is for sleep apnea. He says he actually feels better to use in the morning when the machine. In fact, last night to be tested again to find the level of the game of oxygen.
Good luck to you and your father. From what my father said, it's pretty pathetic. A working definition for a day or two. But I think it's in your head - it is real!
