I need a tripod that can carry about 20-25 pounds of weight, and has a rotating fluid head? There is no provision for around or under $ 100?

w / tilt head? ... hmmm ... may be that too much for $ 100 (lower end with a ball) to ask, but check the product specifications for the weight - who have to work hard (expensive) tripod 20 € 25
